1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering for courses at ICT Academy (online or offline), and by utilizing the Student Learning Management System (LMS) portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Sri Lanka.

2. Student Account Registration

To access course materials, assignments, and certifications, you must create a Student Account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal and academic information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your unique LMS login credentials (username and password).
• Be fully responsible for all activities and updates occurring under your account.
• Notify the Academy immediately if you suspect any unauthorized breach of your account.

3. Course Fees, Monthly Payments & Currency

All course fees and monthly modular tuition fees are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Pricing & Taxes: ICT Academy reserves the right to modify course prices at any time. Any fee updates will not impact months or courses already paid for.
• Payment Processing: Payments made online (via Credit/Debit Cards, Internet Banking, or integrated payment gateways) are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive CVV codes on our servers.
• Monthly Access Provisioning: Each course month operates as an individual educational unit. Payment for a designated month unlocks that month's lecture recordings, materials, code, and class sessions. Payment must be cleared prior to gaining access.
• Billing Disputes & Receipts: Electronic invoices and payment receipts are issued upon successful transaction. Any discrepancies must be notified to our billing desk within 7 calendar days of receipt.
• Refunds: All payments are subject to our published Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Protection

All learning materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, source code, quizzes, assignments, textbooks, and documentation hosted on the ICT Academy landing site and LMS portal, are the intellectual property of ICT Academy.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and download these materials solely for your own educational purposes. You may not distribute, reproduce, screen-record, sell, resell, or publicly display any of the course content without express written consent from our management. Violation of this clause will lead to instant account revocation, legal action, and forfeiture of all fees.

5. Code of Conduct & Academic Integrity

Students of ICT Academy are held to high standards of honesty and academic integrity. By utilizing our LMS:

• You agree that all submitted quizzes, examinations, coding assignments, and projects are strictly your own work.
• Plagiarism, cheat codes, or sharing assessment questions/answers is strictly prohibited and can result in immediate termination of course access without refund.
• You must respect instructors and peers in community forums, chat portals, and virtual classroom sessions.

6. Limitation of Liability

ICT Academy strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not warrant that the website or LMS portal will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. Under no circumstances shall ICT Academy, its directors, or tutors be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms, online payments, or educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts Sri Lanka.
